To help our US customers purchase LOOKROAD e-bikes at the best possible price, we’ve updated our checkout pricing based on US customs regulations and cross-border trade policies.

In every order, we include a standard 8% logistics & compliance fee. This fee covers:

· Customs clearance

· Warehousing

· Local delivery costs

Important Notes

· Accessories are charged at standard freight rates.

· Orders shipped from our US warehouse will incur no additional sales tax or hidden fees at checkout.

Why we updated delivery to the US

· Previously, due to customs delays and cross-border shipping challenges, we were unable to provide stable delivery to the US market. That’s why we focused on building a better solution for long-term reliability.
