All LookRoad e-bikes come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Eligible issues are handled with professional repair support, including parts and labor. For cases outside the warranty, LookRoad still provides troubleshooting assistance and replacement solutions.

Enjoy free shipping on all LookRoad e-bikes, with taxes and duties included. Orders are dispatched from our Poland warehouse within 1–2 business days (excluding pre-orders), with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days. Accessories and spare parts are not included.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking records). To be eligible, the e-bike must be unused or have no more than 10 km of mileage, with all original accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase included.

If the product has functional issues, LookRoad supports returns or refunds. For minor issues, we offer reasonable compensation or replacement parts. Return shipping costs are not covered.
